What happens when Michael "Mike" Matthews cheats on his girlfriend Kara Danvers? Distraught, Kara goes to the one person she knows won't say "no" to her, Lena Luthor. After a steamy night, Lena makes it clear that this wasn't just a hookup for her.

What happens when Lena is left out in the cold when she see's Kara turn back to Mike after his apology at school? What will happen to their friendship? Will Lena be able to forgive Kara for using her? What happens when dark figures from Lena's past start to show up and Kara, pulled to Lena, feels as though she needs to protect her, whatever the cost, whatever the collateral.
