The Forbidden Forest

[SERIES DISCONTINUED: Nov. 15, 2020] Siblings River and Caleb Greene stop by a small, wooded area on their way home from school, and within the hour are attacked by horrifying creatures. River, following her brother's last command, flees the scene, and quickly falls in with the Elves of the new world she and Caleb somehow entered. However, with every discovery made, she gains nothing but more questions - like why the Elves won't let her look for her missing brother, or why their king, Íllandril, seems to seethe with rage every time he sees her, or why she is suddenly assigned Elven bodyguards from the king's own Royal Guard. Nightmares and strange dreams plague her as well, fueling her constant fear for her lost brother. Still, the Elves refuse to tell her anything, and nothing she says softens their resolve. Can River find answers, her missing brother, and a way home? Or is it already too late to go back?
