This is the sequel to the story "New Girl".
    It's not absolutely necessary to read the first book, although it might help to understand what happened before this. :)

    It's been a year. A year since they've told their family. A year since they've decided to enjoy their relationship as much as possible. A year since the shooting. A year since she took her life.
    Although Colby couldn't be happier, now that it took only two more days until she could see Sam every day again, the questions running through her head didn't seem to fade. They've been bothering her for a year now. She wasn't able to find her closure with her. Not now that she left without explaining anything.
    What will Colby do when she finally gets the answers she needed? What if they aren't what she expected? And what if all those memories and emotions might be too much for her to handle?
    What will all of that mean for her? For her life, her relationship?
    Will she be able to keep herself from changing back to who she was? If not, will Sam be able to help her once again? Will Sam be able to stand the pressure?
    Because if what they say is true, it might be the end of something that's just started.
