When an ominous prophecy arises within the clans, Echopaw is selected with three other seemingly ordinary cats by StarClan to fulfill the prophecy. While tracking down the "fifth petal", Echopaw and her new friends make a deadly enemy and a mysterious friend who seems to know more about the future then StarClan itself. The dream has a prophecy that states: Five cats, Frozen Storm, Birch Oaks, and Blowing feathers, chosen by Starclan must save the Forest, the Night, the Water, and the Sun from the destruction of Black Ashes and Golden wings. Snowpaw has to figure out what this prophecy means and save the four clans from the destruction of Black Ashes and Golden Wings.
