A few months after the incidents of the first movie, a new game is plugged in. One that Litwaks arcade is more than familiar with. However, this doesn't seem like the same game. In fact, it's completely upgraded from the original.

The residents of the arcade are concerned but nobody is more concerned than the "villain" himself.
