Elinor was left with nothing after the Second Wizarding War.

She was just another fighter, another witch, some alumni who battled darkness and won but lost to the glorious shadow of Harry Potter. Not a worthy acknowledgement was left to paint her dull name; not even her dead friends' names.

So, she broke her wand in two and vowed to never associate herself with magic again.

But Elinor had to learn through George Weasley that you can't run away from who you really are, and George from Elinor to know the true meaning of love and family.

"She woke up alone, barefoot on a beach, not knowing anything about herself, and stumbled her way through the dark to the nearest building with its lights on. And that place happened to be here, with you, along the shores outside of Cornwall... at Shell Cottage." A post-war story about the love of Fred Weasley's life and a little spell called obliviate.
