His lips grazed on my other ear as he whispered, "Never seen this side of me, have you?" I slowly shook my head to a no, not looking away from his blue eyes in the mirror. "This is how I am when I am the opposite of being in love with you." His hands tightened around my waist and I flinched. "Shocked?" I nodded a yes immediately. "Good, get used to it." 

I see him get close to my ear again and I close my eyes, expecting the worst. But when I open my eyes, he's gone, leaving the door wide open.
