~~Passing my not be my specialty...but something else is~~
Welcome to the world of Passers, where it's not unusual for people to slip right through solids. It's a world within the world today; Passers are normal people...except for their special skill.
Meet Skylar McKnight, a 14 year old Passer, who, frankly, just can't Pass right. She can't help it; every time she tries to Pass Through, she gets thrown back. Solids just don't like her. Neither does most of her school. Students don't bother hiding their snickers and whispers, when it comes to her. But Skylar doesn't care; or at least, she tries not to. She sticks with her roommates, keeps up her sarcastic attitude, and tries again and again to Pass right. Little does she know that her life is about to become so much more complicated.
Skylar has a skill. It's hidden in her blood, her bones, her very cells. Yet, no one knows exactly what it is. Sky's as curious as everyone else; yet she hesitates to dig deeper. After all, the events of just one day can't convince her to uncover secrets she didn't know existed. Problem is, Sky can't afford to wait too long.
People want her, and not for anything good. At least, that is what she can assume from all the events taking place around her. Sky doesn't want, doesn't care, doesn't feel like being submerged into this new society. Except, no one cares about that. She struggles to go back to her world, to go back to where she thinks she belongs, but what she doesn't know keeps her trapped.
There are hidden layers beneath what Sky knows of, locked doors hidden within what she's explored. She can't see them, and doesn't want to either. Yet her 'ability' keeps pulling her back, again and again, and she realizes that what she really needs to do is to simply turn around and face it all. The people she hated taught her that problems aren't solved by escaping them.
So Sky sets out to do what she has to do, find what she has to find, and become who she must become.
"This world, it isn't like yours. It's more dangerous, but it has things that you would have never dreamed of."
"Will you show me?"
"I've wanted to show you since I first saw you, but you looked right through me." he chuckled. I gave him a playful shove.
"That's not my fault."

Cally has lived a fairly normal, happy, oblivious life. She goes to school, has a best friend, and lives in a normal house on the corner of the street. Her friends become concerned for her when she starts spacing out more and more and random times, and becomes completely unresponsive to the outside world. No one guesses that she can't communicate because she's not in her body. Cally is in a different dimension, with a boy known as "The Puller" who pulls things from Earth and adds them to his own world. To people on Earth, it just looks as if Cally is zoned out. But she isn't just lost in the clouds.
