He says he was possessed by an evil spirit but in truth Jotaro's so called spirit was really something called a Stand. And Ben's seem to pick up on this because he ended up getting one as well.

Join Ben 10 as he travels with his new allies through the eastern continent to stop the Joestar's life long enemy. A selfish vampire like man by the name of Dio!!
