As the city's history Shows its true self he has to make the decision to surrender to the city of face the wrath of the capital.

(This was originally supposed to be a one shot and it was requested by RedIvy345 so I can't take all the credit and I don't know who the soulmates Au was originally by but anyways this book has been restarted)
