The Harpercop siblings are going on a trip to Alaska and are taking their dalmatians with them, along with their new friend Storm. While there, they meet Ted Brooks, a dentist from Miami, plus seven mischievous Siberian Huskies and a Border Collie. Meanwhile, Lucky and his siblings are having their own little spat with the defiant and aggressive lead sled dog Demon about joining his team and becoming sled dogs too.

Now he's back to fulfill that task, along with the evil warlock, Warwick. With the help of a ghost beagle pup named Pip, Tchaikovsky and the Buddies plan on stopping Warwick and the Hound's dastardly deeds and save Halloween.
