We've all been there. Our teenage years. The highlight of our youth. However, it doesn't feel like that. Follow Toby along in her Journey through her teenage years and into her adulthood, as she battles depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder all at once. With an abusive father, a mother who does not care, a sister who assaults her, and a clueless grandmother, things don't play out as Toby would hope. Will she survive her teenage years with courage and confidence? Or will she give up and continue to let everyone step on her until she dies?

Dear Rory, I'm sorry about what I said. I'm leaving for LA in two days. Can we talk before then, please? We can just drive around as usual. I don't know how to do this if you're upset with me. Call me please. I'm staying at my parents' house. Love, Taylor *** Aurora Taylor has been living her best life for the past ten years or so. She works for Odyssey, a travel magazine based in New York City, New York, where she gets to go on dozens of trips a year to the most beautiful corners on earth to write articles about her journey. When she's not travelling, she also dabbles in fiction writing, a little secret passion of hers only few people know about. When the pressure of her two jobs gets a little too hard to manage, she decided to take a week off in a beautiful town at the beach in Northern Italy. A week full of unadulterated fun and relaxation, with unlimited glasses of chilled Prosecco and gelato cones. Or, so she thought. Her plans are completely ruined when she runs into someone she never thought she would ever see again. Not in person at least. A ghost from her past. Taylor Swift. Thirteen years and the universe decides to throw them together in a random town in Italy. Taylor does not believe that it is a coincidence. Aurora is a little reluctant to believe it. But thirteen years is a hard number for Taylor to ignore and she is adamant on making things right with the writer who finds it hard to forgive and forget all that was said and done thirteen years ago. *** This story is entirely my work of fiction. All characters and fictional places are from my own imagination except for real celebrities. The timeline is not necessarily a hundred percent accurate to Taylor's for the sake of the story and for it to make sense. I hope you enjoy it!

For 17-year-old high school senior Evan Brooks, life could be better. He's a social outcast at school, stuck in a rural Alabama small town he never wanted to move to, and he's got a secret he's desperately trying to keep: he's gay. When he embarks on a weekend vacation to the Florida panhandle with his hypermasculine brother, homophobic stepdad, and aloof mother, none of them can anticipate how much a simple 3-day trip will change their lives forever... CONTENT WARNING/TRIGGERS: Please note that this story contains very strong language at times and some mature themes. Some characters face emotional abuse. There is also a small amount of physical abuse, but it is mostly implied apart from one scene which is not extremely graphic. Some characters are homophobic, and a slur is used a handful of times. **2025 Update: Hi! This was my very first attempt at crafting an entire story from scratch all the way back in 2020, and I'd like to think my writing has since improved. I will soon be revisiting this story and making some enhancements - most notably, splitting up current chapters into smaller ones so they are much more easily digestible. In addition, I'll be making some edits to grammar and formatting, as well as giving some of the dialog a refresh in an effort to be less...cringe. Lol. There are also a few plot points I want to smooth out. While all of this is happening, the story will still be available in full here on Wattpad, though you may notice some "construction" happening (i.e. one chapter is very long and then there's a super short chapter, one chapter is formatted differently than another, etc.) Thanks for your patience while I work to spruce up this story :) I hope you still enjoy it in the meantime!

Wren is a depressed, anxious, and as her mother and sister say 'worthless' sixteen year-old, until she meets Rook, and it feels like she's actually being seen. In Rook's arms the world seems right, but what happens if she never lets him in....and what happens if Rook were to disappear... ~~~ He looks back at me, watching me study him. I look away, its now my turn to study the horizon. I can feel heat blooming on my cheeks and I can feel his eyes taking in every bit of my face. I feel his finger softly touch my cheek. I jump a little, and he lowers his hand. "Sorry" He says softly, I can see his guard going back up. "No its fine-I just....wasn't expecting it." I say, swallowing. Did I really just say that? What was wrong with me.... Suddenly I had this urge to take his hand and put it back on my cheek. I flushed at the thought. This was getting so awkward. I looked up at him. His eyes seemed cold, calculating. I couldn't say I liked this, but then his eyes softened, and the unimaginable happened. His hand materialized, tucking a stray piece of my hair behind my ear. He was so focused on the strand, but then his focus spread to my eyes, the look in his eyes. Jesus, I'm going to melt. He was looking at me like his universe surrounded me, like I knew the answers, like I could fix his cracks. The worst part was....I could see the exact same on his face as he could see on mine. ~~~ #2 in military #827 in anxiety #22 in separated *disclaimer* I am by no means an expert on depression, anxiety, or anything else, I am just writing what I have experienced, I don't mean to offend anyone! and there is some swearing!
