It was dark, so pitch black that you couldn't even see your hand in front of your face.
I was cold and the temperature was dropping faster amd faster as the night progressed.
The taxi had stalled after the driver had hit a dear and we'd went into a ditch and rolled through a cornfield and stopped at the edge of some forest.
My powers weren't as good as my grandmother's so even as a witch... I couldn't repair the vehicle or reverse the damage, I'd only been able to put up a shield to take a little of the impact on myself.
My cell phone had no service it was near the end of it's battery life and the road was desolate, no other cars in sight.
The driver seemed off for some reason...
