Sequel to "Did you know you're my hero?" Anyone who knew Eight well knew several things by heart: one, she was incredibly timid. Two, she had her memories taken in the metro and was too traumatized by her time there that she hadn't bothered with getting them all back. Three, she had a veritable BOATLOAD of PTSD. Two years ago Callie and Marie did their last splatfest. Although Marie was the winner, the two cousins did not hold a grudge. Despite that, they began to drift apart as they both began developing solo careers. One day Marie was able to get a three day vacation and left for Calamari County. Callie on the other hand could not come because of an important meeting. The two planned to meet on the second day of Marie's vacation. However, danger was lurking in Octo Canyon. It's been nine months since escaping the Deepsea Metro, defeating tar-tar, and saving Inkoplois things seemed to have finally calmed down for the team. Agent 8 now free is now living his new life on the surface, working, going on missions, and his favorite thing getting to spend time with 3. 3 is enjoying spending time with 8, but after going on a research mission in the Deepsea Metro she notices 8 acting strange. She found him mumbling to himself, he's having nightmares, being more claggy to 3 than normal, and swears that she caught a flash of teal in his eye. It couldn't be that bad... till 8 goes missing. The team is on the case to find him but sometime into the search Inklings sharing some of 3's similarities are getting attacked and 3's apartment gets ransacked. It's clear 8 is after 3 and if he finds her, he's not letting her go.

This book will be the new home for the original chapter 4. Obviously this is no longer canon to the main story, but I felt it still deserved recognition as it helped me become a better writer.
