harry isn't exactly happy he moved. he had friends back home. but here he was. in a rather expensive seeming apartment.

harry didn't exactly get the real reason for a window that just looked out at another apartment building, but he sat there anyway. almost every day, actually. the window seemed pointless for a while, but then he made rather awkward eye contact with a boy in the neighbouring building that lived directly across from him.

then something changed for him.
