The title of this book says "To the ones who..."  But if I'm being honest it's not to "the ones". It's to you. And As desperate as it seems, I just hope one day you will see this and know in your heart that it's me.

So here a collection of haphazardly placed letters and words strung into messy sentences, trying to form it's way into poetry. 

It's not beautiful, it's a mess. But honestly, messes can be picked up, and even if they couldn't be it would be okay. Because this is how they are meant to be. Raw. Undefined. Confusing sometimes. And even though This may be my poetry, it will always be for the ones who are lost, found,  strangers, forgotten, not enough. This is for you. This is for the ones who...All Rights Reserved

I'm posting this looking for some feedback. Any constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated. Writing has always provided me with solace, by helping me to sort through and frame my emotional experience. During one of the more difficult times in my life--recognizing a toxic marriage and leaving--I used writing to understand what was happening. The poems, short stories, and essays here reflect my fragmented journey toward mental health. Works of art, they are not. However, I hope they can help others with their own journeys, even if only to provide comfort in knowing that they are not alone. Trigger Warning: The following includes depictions of suicidal thoughts, depression, and anxiety.

THE ETERNAL FIRE by ANGIETHEAUTHOR

This is a story about two people. About the victim and the bully. About pain and happiness, joy and sadness. Can all that is forgiven be forgotten? Does age justify the act? If a child murders someone, will he be forgiven because he is a child? If the victim is a child, will he forget when he grows up? Is there an excuse for peer violence? Does a child have the right to hurt another child? Is a bully even a child? Is that soulless human even a person? Her tears fell like raindrops, endlessly. They fell on the sheet of paper and mixed with the thick ink. Her tears were heavy, and her painful words even heavier. She was writing illegibly, because her palm was trembling. From time to time, she would let out a cry, like begging for help. She wrote verses, and those verses were hurting her soul. That white paper doesn't have a heart, and it's better that it doesn't, because if it had, it would have been broken by now. And wasn't it? In the parts where the dark ink was diluted with tears, there the pen penetrated through the sheet of paper. He also mourned for Alina. And she, like a burned candle, cried for others. And it was more than clear to her that she was neither the first nor the last. She wept for the innocent victims of the eternal fire.

COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. A story of a sad girl, very lonely, but beautiful, intelligent and strong. She's a self sabotaging narcissistic girl, but also a talented, skilled and brave girl. She is riddled with anxiety and depression, but somehow finds ways to get up each morning, thinking of beautiful things. She has loved and lost, hurt and being hurt. She has not lost herself, but she has not find herself either. This is the life of a girl, laid before you in poems and thoughts.
