This is just a collection of short stories that I wrote for some sort of English class. Some will be from the short story assignment freshman year, some from my AP  English Language and Composition class. This will probably be updated the most often as I pretty much have to write a new one every week.

Fair warning: there will probably be no happy endings. For some reason I struggle when it comes to happy endings.

For AP Lang, we get a set of 20 vocabulary words each week and we have to define them and write a sentence with each (it's our bell work; everyone has to work on it at home). The other option is to write a short story with all of the words. Of course, once I learned of this option, I knew I just had to do it. For these I tend to use a combination of prompts, all of which I will include.

All those cities he burnt down and people he killed in her name. We all have our flaws, that's what these two realise But deep down we all have our 𝘏𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘉𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘺. ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ Nicholas's arm seeks around my waist, pulling me closer to his body. I lay my head on his chest. The cities lights shine through the room. His large hand draws small circles around my hip. I smile softly feeling a kiss being placed on my head. "You're so beautiful, you know that don't you?" he whispers looking down on me. It's just these little things, things to make me feel that small bit better of course. I hum making him raise an eyebrow, "Yes" that makes him smile back. He places a few small kisses on my lips before leaning back against the headrest. "The real beauty lays within our hearts, it's 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘺, it's our hidden beauty baby."

Complete✔️ *** "Everything I said yesterday was true. You drive me crazy Adrian." Our lips are inches apart. He pulls my head up exposing my neck. "Damn it, angel. You drive me crazy." He starts kissing my neck and I grip his back with one hand and the other is behind me holding me up. He starts to lick my neck and sucks on it. I let out a small moan which makes him suck harder. He stops and looks at my face. "I want you badly..." He says looking at me and then my lips. At this moment, my heart wants what it wants, and that would be Kace. "Then have me," I allow him. "I am all yours." *** Seventeen-year-old Adrian White is a foster girl who lives in an abusive household along with her abusive foster dad and mom. The worst is the foster dad. He goes into Adrains room at night when everyone is asleep and does things to her and she can't stop him. She gets beaten every day before and after school. The only people that know are her two best friends, Vivien Loren and Quinni Rose. They know she can't run away until she is 18 and if she tries they will hurt her even more. Adrian tends to keep to herself and deal with what is happening with her life now. Eighteen-year-old Kace Lexington is the gang leader of the Swace gang. Kace is a feared man and who doesn't tolerate disrespect. His best friend, Blake Williams, is his right-hand man and is always there when needed. Kace doesn't listen well in school but still surprisingly gets his work done. His mother was killed by their rival gang when Kace was seven years old. After that, Kace wants revenge for what they've done. The gang is his life and no one can tell him otherwise. But what would happen if both worlds collide?

I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. My music cut out causing me to hear a whistle. I stop in my tracks and pull my headphones down to my neck. Turning around, I seen a group of men with one guy who just smirked at me. "You new here beautiful?" one of the guys asked. "What do you think Einstein?" cocking my brow. "Ohh. Challenging? I like." he says walking towards me, about two inches away. "Really?" biting my lip, as he continued walking towards me. He reaches out and grabs my hip, "Mmhmm," smiling down at me. Swiftly, I grab his hand, turn him around, kick him right above the back of his knee, and pushes down so he's on his knees in front of me in a position of which I could brake his arm, "What a shame, 'cause personally, I don't like fuck boys with various STD'S." I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys." Then, I turn and leave. ~~~~ Truce Mane is a girl who recently moved to New York with her youngest niece and nephew along with her uncle Mike. Truce went through many things as a child. She still went through them. Her mother blamed her for everything. She would get into Street fights. As in, she would fight in a dark alley with whoever she could. Sounds bad, huh? Wrong. *** Dante Kings is the most feared gang leader across the world. While he does have his fuck and Chuck's, he's been looking for his princess. He vowed that when he found her, she'd be his and he would treat her like a queen. When the spit fire moves to town and believes he's finally found her. Has he?

I took a long drag from the blunt and held it in my lungs before releasing it. He isn't the most sentimental guy, probably one of the most nonchalant and controlling people you've ever met. She was sweet and came from what people would call the perfect family. In a short time, she made him indecisive and question himself. Peeled away every armor he had shielding his insecurities. She broke him but stood by him while he rebuilt himself into a better man. This will be a collection of really short stories and poems I have made recently in a creative writing class as warm-ups, so just sit back and enjoy a few chapters of random things based off of random prompts. This might be a crazy ride for the both of us. Caution: there will probably be many triggering chapters in this, so if you can't handle the mentioning/allusion to suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, cutting, blood, or self-depreciation of any kind, I would not recommend reading any of this.
