**BWWM ROMANCE** (This is my first story. Please give me some grace.)

This story can be read without reading my other ones though they all exist within the same Universe (Eternal #0.5)

He grips my waist, bringing me closer to him in an attempt to prevent my escape.

"Please, don't move away. I need you close to me," he states with a pleading gaze.

I sigh, conflicted and a bit exhausted. "Why, Steven? Why can't you just let this go?"

"You're my sunshine, Tasha. My eternal sunshine. I can't let this go. I simply won't."

Since the day Steven Morrison laid eyes on Tasha Simmons, his heart connected with hers in an unexplainable way. Unsure on how to approach her, the young boy resorted to mild taunting for years, effectively annoying her with his ever-present grins and stolen touches.

Unaware of his deep feelings for her, Tasha ignored and evaded Steven since the first time she met him. She resisted his advances and convinced herself he was the villain. Until she discovered that perhaps he wasn't the bad guy.

She hid from him until she couldn't do so any longer. She forced herself to hate him until her own feelings began betraying her.

And despite her fears that she and Steven were too unalike to become one, she learned that he would stop at nothing to change her mind.
