After the events of Paradox, Yusei Fudo - hailed as New Domino City's beloved Shooting Star - finally begins to relax as things begin to look hopeful for the future. 

However, during a fateful lightning storm, Yusei finds in the rubble of a collapsed building the unconscious form of his newest friend - Jaden Yuki, the duellist he met in the past.

What will happen after it is revealed that Jaden has no recollection of his memories, and a new threat arises to wipe out the team of 5D's?
