“What is your problem?! LEAVE ME ALONE!” I screeched. I was tired of this and couldn't hold it in. He’s been doing this for a whole year. A WHOLE YEAR. It was the last day and I had nothing to lose from this sudden outburst anyway. I was ecstatic that it was almost summer vacation. I’m going to go to my aunt’s place in Philadelphia and live there for the rest of the summer – AWAY from Dylan and his friends here in Massachusetts. “Never, baby. my family took me on a family vacation to the beach to go swimming. we arrived at our beach house at midnight my family went to bed after eating dinner, but I wasn't tired so I stayed up until 3:51 am and went to bed. this will be my first time spending a vacation with my family, I love spending time reading story books in my room then interact with people. I made a deal with my mom that I would not read and if I win, she would buy me a few new stories to read but if I lose. my mom would take me to go shopping with her to buy news clothes for me,and she knows that I hate shopping for clothes with my parents! I rather shop on my own when I go out.

"What do you want?" I snap, slamming my locker shut. His casual smirk, messy dark hair, tan skin, strong arms, eerie storm-grey eyes... the list could go on of things I notice- that I shouldn't notice- about him. "Oh, I want a lot of things." He inspects a speck of dirt on his arm. "I'm sure you've heard the news?" His eyes flicker back up to meet mine. Does he know? No. He can't. So I roll my eyes. "I recall you trying to talk to me," I frown. "Well, I..." He swallows, seeming... nervous? "I'm not doing too great... subject wise. And if I don't pick up my ass soon, I might be forced to quit." He rubbed the back of his neck, making his shirtsleeve slide up his arm to reveal a strong bicep. Not that I notice. I narrow my eyes. "And what do I get back in return?" I cross my arms. I'm going to be late for the bus if we don't hurry. He studies my face. "Name your price." He mirrored my position. I sigh. Money... but I don't need it. Popularity... but I don't want it. I meet his gaze steadily. He lifts his chin, the tiniest bit, but it doesn't intimidate me. I square my shoulders and stand up straight. He's only just taller than me.
