Sam has always felt like he's been watched. Watched by something dark, evil, and inhuman.
Not long after a girl his age disappears, the monsters start following him. Creatures with long, dark horns and black cloaks lurk in the shadows, watching him from the woods near his home. When his sister Margret is taken, he follows her into the Weald: a wonderfully horrible realm of monsters, alchemy, aristocracies, mercenaries, and chaos. In order to survive in such a place, he turns into a monster: a creature with blue fur, long fangs, and horns too big for his head.
While searching for his sister, Sam discovers that he's part of an ancient line of kings, and the last heir has recently been assassinated. Sam just wants to find his sister and go home, but the Weald has other plans for him.

''We're running out of time! And you want me to leave you behind?....''
The soft silence engulfed the forest not a bird sang the howling winds came to a stop.
''No one is getting left behind not here not now understod?'' The male sheethed his blade and walked off leaving the pair to themselves. The silver haired male gently hugged the female who hugged back heart thundering in her chest.
"Thank you..."
For Lunettea trust is hard. Betrayed by the very people called family from the moment she was born. Nothing but an ordinary, highly trained teenage assassin. Well some what ordinary. What happens when fairy tales are real. Things really do go bump in the night. All the stories you've been told at night, to scare you or give you something good to dream about start appearing in the real world. What happens when the fate of the new worlds rests in a single girls hands? And trusting two devilishly handsome men, who definitely aren't your average good looking people. They're out of this world. Will Lunettea be able to travel to these worlds and rediscover the meaning of passion, truth and love? Or will she loose herself trying to untangle this mystery?
