*Prequel to Hades and Persephone* The day that Persephone was born and was announced to all of Olympus as the Goddess of Spring, Hades attended, never expecting to ever give her existence another thought after leaving. However, when he returned home, the river ride across Styx was more solemn, his throne room was emptier, his bed was colder....and he had never felt more alone. *Story is written primarily from Hades' point of view. Ties in as a prequel to my story "Hades and Persephone" after the kidnapping had already taken place. It also ties in with the timeline of "The Love of Aphrodite," a story where Hades is mentioned but stars Aphrodite primarily. *This story is also not meant to be factually accurate, and is simply an interpretation of the story.
