Ce sont les flèches de guerriers qui marquent, les attaques de plein fouet. La violence ouvre les yeux, et il est impossible de ne pas y réagir. Retire-la flèche et tu meurs, esquive-celle ci mais la prochaine ne te ratera pas.
Nos discours sont des flèches maladroitement lancées aux autres. Pour être solides, elles doivent être dotées de termes corrects accolés à leurs sources vérifiées. Elles ne demandent pas d'être gravées d'élégants mots ni même de tournures ravissantes.
Elles se veulent claires, précises, concrètes. Optimales et pragmatiques.
Et pourtant mes mémoires sont teintées de peur et de mélancolie, mes cris se perdent dans la nuit, la panique angoissante prend le dessus et je me cache derrière le masque de l'écriture en espérant que cela soit suffisant.All Rights Reserved

But nothing will be direct, besides the first outfit Y/N is in. I'd like to apologise for any inaccurate items/events/areas/words. I try to make it seem as if the characters thoughts, wording and actions are all in the 1800's. I try my best when researching, but we all slip up sometimes. Also, I've never been to London. The Y/N in this story is cold, can stand up for themself and usually finds themself the saviour. If you're looking for a cute soft Y/N, this book is not for you!! I wrote this novel back in 2018-2019 and revised it in 2020-2021, but it was first now that I realized I should post it online. I have been thinking about making a "remaster" with better plot, more likely language and more dynamical world building. So maybe that will happen. "Travel 10 years into the future of 5 years ago!"
