6 years ago, Mei left Yuzu a letter saying, she left to pursue her responsbility as The Heir of the Aihara. And that indeed. Yuzu having been broken by her first love, couldn't bear seeing the love of her life in the arms of someone else, so she left. She left without saying goodbye, leaving everthing she had ever known, her friends, her family, and Mei having heard the news about Yuzu leaving, immediately regretted her decision.
