Martha Jones has found the Doctor again, but the Doctor hasn't met Martha yet. It is an earlier Doctor, a Doctor ravaged and traumatized by the events of the Time War. She enters the TARDIS when the Doctor has tracked massive spaceships heading for Earth in the 1920s and Martha is plunged into another adventure with a younger Doctor...

They arrive at a time period in America of bootlegging and gangsters, a time of smuggling alcohol secretly and mystery and intrigue. Soon, the Doctor and Martha learn of a ruthless war-like race searching the universe for the one chemical they need - alcohol. The power they need to absorb to grow into the most powerful warriors in the galaxy and 1920s America turns into a battlefield...

It is for all intents and purposes a Capaldi episode, within his first season, long before Face the Raven. This is a Doctor Who fanfic for superfans only, as the entire first section only describes each Doctor by his attire, so you have to guess which is which by their apparel and companions. If you aren't familiar with each and every Doctor, this story will get very confusing. That being said, I hope you enjoy!

Once the ship has finished fueling up on a nearby planet, something gets aboard. And the crew begin dying out. When the TARDIS lands onboard, the Doctor, Nyssa and Tegan must stop whatever has got aboard from killing off the crew and help the reactor get to Earth safely. But is the creature really that bad? A large unidentified spacecraft mysteriously begins to approach the Earth. The Doctor and his friends have been called into UNIT to help understand this strange happening. So far, the craft seems to contain non-hostile forms of life, but with the American Commander in control of the operation with his grand plans of protecting the Earth, his actions are about to make the situation dramatically worse... As the Doctor and his friends are taken aboard the spacecraft, the situation becomes quite clear. The Commander seems hell-bent on trying to wipe out these aliens. With his deceptive measures to help prove that these aliens are hostile, the Doctor must now stop a bloodbath taking place from the aliens and the Earth and wiping out millions of people. One thing that is proven is that we might not necessarily be invaded, and we might in fact be the invaders... Based on the Steven Moffat era of the BBC series. Six years later, Emily's life appeared to be coming together quite nicely...until she met a mysterious stranger who quickly shook her world to its foundations. Instead of the stories she very much liked to read, she was now living a wonderful, mysterious, exciting adventure of her own. It appeared to be everything she had ever wanted...if not completely safe. This is a Doctor Who fanfic, mainly centered around the Ninth Doctor.
