A mutant alone... or is she?

Penelope is a mutant girl, abused my her parents for being 'ugly', a 'freak', and a 'monster'. One day when she's sitting alone in her room, with her neck and ankle chains on, Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr come by to ask her to join their team of mutants. She's finally safe from her parents and has friends to be happy with.

Penelope is 14 years old and has light purple skin with pink and darker purple swirls. Her hair started growing when she was 4 years old and it didn't stop until it got to her knees. It is a mix of bright electric blue, and bright electric pink. She's 5'4 and she has several abilities that will be revealed throughout the story, most are minor powers, such as super-hearing and super-learning. Those are the only two powers I will reveal to you here, please read the story to find out more!
