"Y-you don't think there's something... Wrong with me..?" Izuku asked hesitantly, anxious for his new companions answer. Tsukauchi just raised an eyebrow.

"There was never anything wrong with you in the first place," he says, as if it was nothing, "you're just a little bit different than most people-" a small smile graced Izuku's lips, "-and plus, a little diversity never hurt anyone," Tsukauchi chuckled, his eyes smiled with him.

If Izuku was being honest, it wasn't the first time someone had something along those lines. There will always be that one person who just doesn't really care when they meet a quirkless person, but that sweet validation only lasted a short time, because that person will be lost in the crowd, and you'll probably never see them again. But to actually personally know this kind of person is a rarity, especially for Izuku. Someone actually liked him, for who he was, his heart swelled at the thought.

It felt nice to be appreciated by someone.
