The year is 3017. Washington D.C is a cold place ruled by aliens and superhumans. Once glorious, the White House is now demolished.

Rebellious, Emperor's daughter Naomi Lorka is humanity's only hope. Naomi finds the courage to start a secret revolutionary organization called The Coven.

The fight is jeopardized when Naomi is tricked by the maniacal emperor. Lord Kugo Lorka, and injures her arm.
