This story talks about an ordinary girl who has problems with her mental health. She believes that she does not need the help that people advise her to get and thinks that she is perfectly fine. She is not. 
if people are suffering from mental health i advise you to think about it and try to talk to someone.

With all these lies and rumours that spread...Was he really someone who was there to support her or there to ruin her life?

This story is told from Lily's point of view but it actually told by another girl with her little comments every now and again.
