She went missing a year ago.

Her friends, unable to find her.

Now, she haunts their dreams, begging to be found.

Welcome to Malachi Peak, where not everything is as it seems.

-
Buried in the cemeteries on the outskirts of Malachi Peak are more than the bodies of past residents. With them rest hundreds of years worth of secrets, pushed down so far that they haven't seen the light of day. The witches, those left after the Salem Witch Trials, went west, desperate to find a new home. Prevailing, they settled in what would eventually be Malachi Peak, Oregon and became the first pentacle to consecrate the land.

On one fateful Halloween, today's Pentacle came together to complete their final bonding ceremony. As they were in the middle of it, darkness blanketed them. When they could finally see, one had just...disappeared.

Fast-forward a year, things are starting to fall apart. Whispers among the factions say the witches are weak, that it's time for new leadership. The witch is still missing. The year anniversary has passed of her disappearance. Most presume she is dead and others refuse to believe she's gone.

As powers escalate and the missing witch sends the Pentacle signs, the remaining members will have to unite to find her.

Remaining both physically & mentally intact within the confines of Beacon Hills wasn't always a struggle for Rachel Hale. There was a time when the town had been her home, a place she'd never so much as consider leaving for more than a short vacation. A time when she had a family, an actual home where she could feel safe at all times & a best friend she tell anything to. For awhile, Rachel was starting to believe she could have that again. Her time in London had come to an end as the beginning of junior year neared, and for a whole week, Rachel had believed that maybe, just maybe, she'd be able to continue on with the normalcy she'd had for the past two months. Beacon Hills had supposedly been the epitome of boring for the entire duration of her absence, and Rachel had truly believed it would remain so in her presence. Her brother had moved into a new loft, she was starting junior year with her best friends & no one was trying to kill them- it was everything she could ask for. But as the story goes, all good things must come to an end; especially when Rachel's friends & family are no longer the scariest things lurking in the shadows. New threats are in Beacon Hills & this time, they're a lot more sinister. An alpha pack wants Derek & they're willing to paint the town in the blood of everyone he cares about in order to get him; all while a dark druid is running about, adding to the body count with its ritualistic sacrifices. Innocent people are dying, time is running out & everyone seems to think Rachel holds the key to stopping it- unfortunately, they're forgetting a crucial piece of information. In the aftermath of the Salem witch trials, a group of accused witches, fearing for their lives, managed to escape the clutches of the witch hunters. These individuals, driven by desperation and a desire for survival, scattered across the American colonies, determined to lay low and avoid detection. Over time, they formed a secret network of covens, each comprising a small group of survivors who shared their experiences and knowledge. As the years passed, the descendants of these Salem witches continued to live in fear, each year as a witch or wizard came to age they were sent away with a mentor and hidden from the hunters as they honed their abilities. That was, until fate created the Divasio children, each born with the unique ability to connect, soon created uproar and panic as their abilities came to be in unison causing each child to be placed with a mentor and sent to different parts of the world, hoping to keep them hidden from prying eyes. However, fate has a way of disrupting even the best-laid plans. When three of the Divasio children's mentors are brutally murdered, they are forced to flee and hide once again. The trio, comprising Catelaya, Treble and Alessia find themselves in a small town in Tennessee, far removed from their original homes. Despite their initial skepticism, the three become fast friends with Jake and Emily, who help them navigate the intricacies of small-town life. As they settle into their new surroundings, the Divasio children must learn to control their powers and keep their true identities hidden. But with the witch hunters closing in, they know that they can't stay in one place for too long. Will they be able to find a way to master their magic and evade their pursuers, or will their presence in this small town be discovered and bring about a devastating reckoning?

Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed.
