Izumi Manami is a very happy go lucky girl. It's hard to ever see her with any other emotion but happy.  Especially for someone who only has two relatives. Her nephew and her cousin-in-law.

Her parents were killed when she was young, so she doesn't really remember them. Her brother and his wife sacrificed themselves to defeat a villain named Muscular.

Now, she lives on her own with her nephew, getting funds from her brother and his wife's will along from her cousin-in-law. 

As much as her nephew hates it, she's going to UA in the hero course for her water quirk.
