Ashley Cruz is an honorary member of the Autobots, group of aliens who landed on Earth some years ago. She fought for and with them whenever they needed her. Due to her incredible ability with weapons such as guns, they nicknamed her "Bluebeam". 

Unfortunately, after the battle of Chicago five years ago, the US government has been tracking down not only her Autobot friends, but their allies, including her and Sam Witwicky, who has mysteriously disappeared. 

Following Optimus' trace, she embarks on the journey made by all the remaining Autobots, accompanied by new allies Cade, Shane and Tessa, who she doesn't trust due to the constant hiding she had been submitted to in the past few months, where the most important rule was "Trust no one".

As it seems that the bots are going to be captured. A bot arrives on the scene to lend his weapons and aid taking out the cons with ease. After there savior finished off the decepticons, Arcee finally got a good look at who the bot was; and to her surprise its someone who she hasn't seen in a long time.
