Matty Dove had 18 months to try and find a buyer for her late grandmother's lighthouse. Even though the body of the victim was found and the real killer was sent into a death sentence, the ghost was still scaring away all of the trespassers and owners that buy and quickly sell the house. Since the house was sold by a really small amount of money, Kellin decided to buy it since he wanted to have a house in which he could live peacefully.
