The Loud parents and Sisters gain powers from one of Lisa's experiments blowing up, Lincoln was away on a trip with Clyde, so while his family became heroes like many others, Lincoln was left in the dust, so he trains for 3 years straight to become a hero that can end fights with one punch, but it works too well.

3 Years in the future, Lincoln had achieved his goal, being so strong that he can defeat any enemy with one punch. The bad news, he no longer has anyone to give him a good fight. In his own words, Overwhelming strength is really boring. So now he just goes about his life, living day to day, fighting monsters, going to sales at supermarkets, and just living a fairly simple life compared to the average Hero. Said nobody ever.
