Izuku Midoriya was a college student, just trying to get his teaching degree. He had been living in the sam duplex house for a year now and hadn't had any problems with the elderly woman who lived below him. She was a quiet and lovely neighbor. 

Until she died. 

Sike, I'm not that terrible guys. She just got put into an assisted living thing. 

Which meant the bottom floor was up for rent and it didn't take long for Izuku's landlord to find a new tenant, or tenants. 

Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki were the two guys that moved in below Izuku. They were also in a band. A very loud band. 

Izuku was close to going crazy with all the noise he now had to live with and the two wouldn't quiet down, even after he asked, multiple times. 

Eventually, Izuku listens to them practice so much, one of their songs gets stuck in his head. He takes out the trash, not even realizing that he was singing it softly to himself. Until the two boys hear him.

Izuku threw the bag into the dumpster on the side of the house, softly singing the lyrics that were now stuck in his head. 

"Hey, that's our song." A voice said from behind him. Izuku snapped his attention to the two guys sitting on the stairs of his front door. 

"It's stuck in my head because neither of you seem to have common courtesy to practice somewhere else." Izuku snapped back, not wanting to deal with either of the arrogant males.

Shoto seemed unfazed by his attitude. "You've got a nice voice." He mused. 

Izuku eyed him suspiciously, not trusting his compliment. "Thanks I guess." He muttered.

As he fast walked towards the man behind the camera (who was adjusting various lenses on it), he dodged the people in his way, side stepping them in a professional manner- until he bumped into someone who was a few inches smaller than him. About to yell at the person for being such a clumsy ass, his words suddenly got caught in his throat as he stared the shorter male down, subconsciously taking in his green curls and the dotted freckles on his face. The person looked up at him, rare green eyes glinting with wistfulness. He couldn't speak. He tried moving his lips, the sound coming out was between a growl and a cough. Fuck. Why couldn't he speak? "Ah. You must be Bakugou Katsuki. It's nice to meet you."

In secret he was always mean to bakugo in every way possible, even hitting him. So Katsuki grew sad and fought to tell the truth about this member.)

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home. He punched the wall and yelled in frustration, taking a deep breath to calm himself. He paused for a few seconds before speaking again. "Get up." He held out his hand and I took it, standing up shakily. He grabbed my arms again, staring at them sadly. "Again? Why would you hide them again? Why this again?" He pled desperately. "You two." A different voice from across the hallway said, making us both jump a bit. Aizawa walked over to us, looking down at my cuts with slightly widened eyes, then back up at me with a concerned expression. "I need to talk to both of you."
