This fanfic follows the Darling in the FRANXX anime up till the ending. Hiro and Zero Two still sacrifice themselves but in this, I'm writing down an alternate ending I had in mind where their revival is earlier, around the first graduation scene in the anime, and they still have their memories. If this takes off, then I might continue. I also have plans for another alternate ending. This is my first fanfic so, yeah hope it's good.All Rights Reserved

One day, however, Miku gets very sick, and Zorome struggles to deal with watching her suffer. He also struggles on whether or not he should tell her how he feels or keep her in the dark about it...
