Sophie has always wondered if the Neverseen had done an experiment to create a child just like the Black Swan's Project Moonlark, but what if there actually is?

The child created from the so-called Universal Initiative will be far deadlier than Sophie could ever become. That put Sophie in second place on the rankings of most powerful elves.
