Trent is now nineteen years old and is going to college. His mother presses him to decide the fate of his toys, and Trent decides to leave them in the attic, with the exception of Sherman and Penny that he intends to bring with him. However Trent's mother donates them by accident to the Lifetime Daycare. The toys are welcomed by and Timmy Turner but sooner they discover that the children mistreat them. Further, they are imprisoned in the daycare by Timmy and his gang. Now, all of the toys must band together in one final, crazy scheme to escape their confines and return home to Trent.All Rights Reserved

Sherman Peabody is the toy of a child named Trent, Trent's favorite toy, in fact. But when Trent leaves, all the toys come alive and start chatting with each other, and they're especially concerned because Trent's birthday party is today, and they're afraid that the new toys might overshadow them, even to the point of having them be given away. But Sherman is there to calm them down because, of course, he's Trent's favorite, or, at least, was. A new toy named Jimmy Neutron has all the latest gizmos and technology. Sherman inevitably gets jealous and tries to fight for his spot as alpha dog. Then, both Sherman and Jimmy are now lost. They must find a way to get back to Trent before he moves without them, but they will have to pass through a ruthless toy killer, Duncan Ryanson.

Brandon isn't making the situation any better, either. Donatello finds it awfully hard to focus on themself when they keep thinking of Brandon. Until Brandon & other Civilians get captured by the Foot Clan, led by Master Karai & Doctor Stockman. Karai & Stockman reveal that the civilians are to be test subjects for a new virus-like recreation of the mutagen. Vincent gives Donnie a lead (but they already knew). When the turtles find the place, they are able to save the civilians with help from April, Casey, & Vern. The Foot Clan then bomb the building. But Brandon is still trapped in his containment unit. Leo tries to get Donnie to leave, but they can't leave Brandon. They find a way to hack into the system & disconnect a weakening Brandon from the tubing, but he is still in the cage. Donnie is able to break it & holds Brandon close as the building collapses around them. They both make it out alive, & they are scared to lose Brandon again. Which leads them to reveal their newest project: an engagement ring. Then, Leo asks why Donnie risked their life for Brandon. That's when Donnie reveals that they are non-binary & that they've been dating Brandon in the first place.
