Heather Potter was eager for death to finally take her as she approached old age. However, it seems that the Hallows aren't gonna let their true mistress go so easily. And so, she's sent into a new dimension as a reaper which confuses her new acquittances. Reapers are only created through suicide, but she was labeled as an 'inconclusive' or a 'enigma reaper', which labels a reaper that didn't kill themselves as a human, which is very rare since the last inconclusive reaper appeared over 700 years ago. 
With a new appearance and name, Heather Potter, now Grelle Sutcliff becomes the first female reaper, even earning her title as 'Crimson Death'.
