 Bill only waves and Dipper can only muster a nervous "hey" 

Dipper has a crush on Bill but feels like he can only watch from afar and Bill feels the same, always wanting to get to know the boy.

One day Bill is determined to say hi to Dipper even if it means getting in trouble at school!

Will we find out why Dipper is so nervous to talk to Bill? And will Bill be okay with it?
