Even with him constantly picking fights he'd never be able to win and his feisty personality, he's all bark and no bite. Though, Halten Delt knows how physically weak he really is. Responding with a much more powerful and intimidating attitude. And because of his popularity, others began to catch on leaving Kenny constantly beaten upon and friendless.
