Lila Rossi comes back to Paris with her supposed vacation with the stranger things cast and of course with new lies on the way.
Her motive as always was to make sure that Marinette Dupain-Cheng,  the only one to see through her lies, has no friends, and she has succeeded in that by just telling a single lie.

Adrien like a fool believed Lila and  regrets it after words.  Marinette although had forgiven him for his mistake, still had trouble trusting him. So Adrien was determined to gain her trust, whether in his civilian from or his superhero one.

The life she worked so hard for is gone, and her parents plan to send her to a boarding school away from Paris in a week, which would mean giving up her Miraculous. Desperate to find a way to prove her innocence, Marinette turns to the one person who still trusts her for help: Her superhero partner, Cat Noir. After she confesses what happened, he starts to realize just who she is behind the mask. Marinette's life was getting bad ever since Lila promise to her in which she told lies about what Marinette did but didn't do in which all of her friends except for Chloe, Nino, Alix, Kagami Juleka, Zoe and Luka turned against her and bullied her and not even Adrien who was her crush but got rejected by him and told her to take the high road saying that Lila's lies weren't hurting anyone but they were in which they were hurting her badly. Marinette's ex friends started to bully her and hurt her while Adrien didn't do anything to stop Lila from ruining her life in which the love for Adrien died out because Marinette sees for what he truly is and that is a spineless coward who doesn't do anything but take the liar's side instead. But everything was going to change when someone new arrived who shares some similarities to the Agreste and he will not be like the others who fall for the liar but instead will help Marinette with her problems as well as finding a new love interest because the new guy is very compassionate and kind as well as smart.
