Lea Uchiha, a medical ninja, and Madara Uchiha, the future clan leader, have been best friends since their childhood. As they grow up, Lea realizes her feelings for Madara have deepened into love but she's scared to admit it. Not wanting to ruin their friendship and holding tightly onto her family's secret, she bottles up her feelings and tries to hide them. 

But Madara also falls in love with Lea and is intent on living his life with her forever. For a while, things seem picture perfect, but of course, not everything goes as planned. An Ōtstusuki alien kidnaps Lea, taking Madara's entire world from him, and effectively creating the "Ghost of the Uchiha".  

As Lea is thrust into the future, she finds a changed landscape and a different Madara. How will Lea react to Madara's transgressions? And will Madara repent for his sins or continue destroying the world?

(Set in the Narutoverse and told in 1st POV.)
