What happens when a young, rich Nigerian man brings his South African girlfriend home for the first time? To put it simply, one dramatic incident after another.

The two lovebirds at the center of Crazy Rich African's are Ayomide and Annika.

Boy! Mide has some obstacles to face, but his fiancée has war to battle. Annika, is more than delighted to accompany her fiancé, to his best friend's wedding in Lagos, Nigeria.

Baffled to say atleast, she's the last to know her fiancé's wealth and his stand as one of the most eligible bachelor's of the country.

Suddenly in the spotlight, Annika must now deal with socialites filled with envy, quirky relatives and family friends especially his EX.

Annika may be an african girl, but her background and identity says alot more than that.

Coupled with the fact that she has a challenge, to prove to her fiancé's family that their love is real...namely his father, grandparents, sisters, uncles, aunties, cousins and friends, most especially his Mother and his Stepmother with their conniving friends.

However in the end, their love is real, but we're not sure Mide's mom is convinced, because she is hard to please. So the question still remains unraveled.

Will She be accepted into her fiance's family? Or will she prove to them that she's not a gold digger but a well trained african girl with good morals, ethics and values.

Well I can't say much until you read the book, But I can assure you that this story won't let you go easy. So get ready for some family drama and rivalry tension. Because this book is going to blow your mind and also crack up like Kilode!!!
