What if Starscream had a twin brother who had a different image on the world, but very bad things happened to him? His brother would have unbelievable power making Megatron want him more. And he wouldn't stop at anything to get to it. Not even through a relationship. 
(Season 1)
                    As ShiverTooth searches for Megatron after he infused himself with Dark Energon. He is shocked to find the undead warriors battling his old friends. He tries to help them but ends up nearly dying from the exposure. He's taken back to the autobot base and there, he spends time with the prime telling him all he's done in his time with the cons. He stays there until he completely heals from his blindness. And then, they seperate after all that time together, ShiverTooth going back to his original team. There he battles the torture of his brother, Starscream until someone comes to protect him. Many different things go on after he is saved, and then the battle for the planet changes it all. Starscream had begun to understand over time that there were things he used to believe, to represent. He was Second In Command to the Decepticons and with Megatron's increasingly concerning behavior with Dark Energon. He's not sure if he wants to stay. When his Trine gives him a way out, he's remains undecided until Megatron destroys what little trust he had in the leader and Starscream follows behind his brothers straight to the Autobots. With the decline in his health, he's unsure if he can handle becoming an Autobot, or let alone handle the truth he's been hiding or the past friends he has to face. Nothing can prepare him though for the sudden life he created, unaware and the reason for his decline. Now with a sparkling in the mix, he has never felt so unsure about his future than he did now. TL;DR - Starscream ends up leaving the Decepticons with his brothers only to end up in Autobot care when his health suddenly declines. When he learns it's because of an unplanned sparkling. A transformers prime fanfic (Knockout x Breakdown) Cascade has grown older, but he still has a lot to learn. No larger than Breakdown's pede, he has a ton of growing to do. He loves to explore the Nemesis and annoy others, which constantly gets him into trouble. Starscream (who he has now deemed 'Uncle Screamy') gets highly annoyed every time he sees him. Megatron tolerates him, even teaching him how to break a mech's wrist in one move and how to dislocate a knee joint. Knockout doesn't approve of course, but Breakdown thinks it's good for him to learn. ---- As Cascade grows older, however, his curiosity grows with him. A decision he made years ago, believing he would never care for any of the new sparks he had created at the time, now has come to realize that he wants to know her. But that does not stop his war against the autobots. Which Optimus, unfortunately, would come to learn. But it is not just Megatron who seeks out this sparkling. Eyes linger on the autobot leader after his assistance with aiding a decepticon, and their keen interest in the sparkling leads to danger to both Optimus and his sparkling. To the point where her life literally hangs by a thread again. And, someone beneath the surface of the planet, plans vengeance against those who banished him. Including against a young dragon who is only related by energon.
