George Weasley lost an ear, taking away 50% of his hearing. But after the traumas of the war he lost most of his hearing. He wasn't sure if his body just didn't want to listen to the echoes of his past or if it was just the dark magic that cursed his ear off. Nonetheless, the boy started to lose his loud self, becoming quieter by the day because he didn't want to explain to people why he couldn't hear or why he tended to talk louder or why they had to repeat themselves several times for him to understand them.

Iris Menkem lost her voice during the war. She didn't know why, maybe it was from the screaming and shouting as she tried to protect some first years or maybe she just didn't want to talk about the war and say 'I'm sorry' everytime someone cried because they lost a loved one at the war.
Nonetheless, the girl started to lose her loud self, becoming quieter by the day because she didn't want to explain to people how she lost her voice or why she 'rudely' ignored them when they were talking to her or why she carried her notepad everywhere all the time.

She may not be able to talk and he may not be able to hear but she her silence said everything and he listened to it intently.

(COMPLETED) Death has coveted Eleanor Potter since that fretful night in 1981 when she somehow, someway managed to escape its grasps. Eleanor can feel Death's gaze upon her, stalking her, inviting her to an early grave. She cannot hide from death forever, and she knows it. Fred Weasley is life. He is a breath of fresh air on a spring day, the feeling of a warm hearth on a cold night, of hand-knit, made with love oversize sweaters. He is cinnamon, sparks, and fireworks - explosive, sometimes startling, but full of emotion. Emotion that Eleanor Potter craved more than anything in the world. You see, the problem with entities of death is that they can be quite greedy. As Eleanor already knows, death desires more than just what it's owed. Eleanor Potter will do whatever it takes to keep those she loves safe, especially the lives of her best friends. Especially one best friend in particular, of whom she's head over heels in love with, whether she wants to admit it to him or not. There's only one problem: Eleanor Potter did something bad. Very bad. It had cost her everything but was it worth it? And would she ever be forgiven? Essentially this fic will follow Fred + George's year through their final years at Hogwarts* #1 in angelinajohnson 1/26/2022 #1 in fredweasleyxoc 8/23/2022 #1 in fredweasley 3/5/2023 #1 in graham 12/27/22 #3 in aliciaspinnet 11/11/21 #4 in weasleyfamily 11/11/21 #90 fredweasley 1/13/22

Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff. She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic. She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool. She just hoped that she could change the Wizarding World with just as much love for the history of her world and who was in it. *chapters that are revised are only labeled the number, non-revised chapters still have chapter in front of the number** Besides Maeve, all characters and the basic story line belong to JK Rowling started Sept.. 27 2020 - finished Oct. 27, 2020 editing- March 2021

Waldosia: n. [Brit. wallesia] a condition characterized by scanning faces in a crowd looking for a specific person who would have no reason to be there, which is your brain's way of checking to see whether they're still in your life, subconsciously patting its emotional pockets before it leaves for the day. After the war, George Weasley looked for Fred in every face he saw. He looked for his twin brother, his other half, his familial soulmate each and every time he entered a crowd, hoping that by some miracle he would find him; That the war had never happened and was just a nightmare, that Fred had never died. But one day, as his mind subconsciously looked about for Fred, he stumbled into someone that turned his entire life around. He stumbled right into the arms of Clover.
