Discovering that the magical land is now under the control of an evil empire, Dorothy sets off to rescue the Land of Oz with her old friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman and the Cowardly Lion with the help of her new friends, Billina, Jack Pumpkinhead, the Gump, and Tiktok along with Glinda the Good to defeat Queen Roquat.
