Running. All I can do is run at this point. All I know at this moment of pure horror is who I am, where I am, what I'm doing, and why. Firstly, I'm being chased by a deadly alien I cannot see and is named the Griface. Second, I honestly do not know why it is chasing me from point A to point B but I'm used to this stuff now. Third, I am called Star by the Doctor who I am the companion of, and I enjoy that name so I'm keeping it. 

Hello, I'm Stardust, my parents were these big astronomy geeks and wanted to name there kid something space like. So I got stuck with a name that was so unique that the teacher had me change my name in school to Livey. That was very hard to get used to. The Doctor and I have only just met and plan on having many adventures in our future. I hope it's true, for I would like to get rid of the name "Livey" for a while.

"Vixen!" He growled behind us. The sound of roaring engines deafened me. I could barely hear anything. We jumped down the steps and onto the pavement below. I looked back and saw Max just jump down the whole flight. Without hesitation too. The Doctor pulled me across the lot, "Vixen!!" I could hear the anger in his voice. Oh, it was either run or die for me now. I looked back once again and saw his eyes were dead black, his teeth looked sharper from a distance, and I was so scared, he looked like his muscles grew bigger, "Run!" The Doctor yelled at me. I focused on running. Where are we gonna go anyhow? I don't think Max is ever gonna stop chasing me. Not until I'm dead. Who am I? I'm a girl with no past. Well, not a good one anyway. I've had a terrible childhood, nothing good about it and now it carries on into my adult life. Well, what am I to do? Nothing, exactly. There's nothing I can do. But I did meet this one guy at the airport one day. Kind of a weird dude considering he calls himself The Doctor and seems to bring along girls to his "Trips". Yeah, that's how I got caught up in all of this, just comes up to me and asked "Do you wanna go on a trip?" Yeah, like that works. Ha! Well, funny enough, it did and now Max is after me and I'm running around with this guy. But this guy....this stranger....was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I always wished I could touch the stars. I would always ask my parents if I could. They would always say that you would have to be gone to do that. I never understood that, until I got my legs chopped off. My parents whispered to each other "He'll be touching the stars soon." I was angry. Furious at them for thinking that I wouldn't make it. That I wouldn't survive. I looked at their wet faces, covered in salty tears, and suddenly felt a reason for pity. They had a reason to think that way. I stare at the stump. I looked up to the ceiling. Then I hear a baby cry to the room next to me. Someone just gave birth. The doctor walks into the room and holds a prosthetic leg in his hands. Cradling it in his arms like a baby. "So?" I ask. Expecting him to answer. "So what?" His response was weak. So much for being a doctor. "Is there a chance that I may be able to touch the stars soon?" He gives me a friendly, yet pitiful smile. "No sir. You'll be under the stars for longer."
