Springlock is a young Predacon, once a happy and kind spirit, now a shy and fearful shell of what she once was. After having a healing component injected into her spark, it makes her the first Cybertronian with the ability to heal via using their lifeblood. 

One night while her corrupted maker is asleep, she sneaks out of her cell and runs to the lab to disable the security systems in order to escape and live freely in the wild.
