In this AU, people still have quirks. All over the world, 99.9% of people are human, and 10% have no quirks, leaving 8.9% with quirks and only 1% Nekos of any breed (any animal including-rabbit/bunny-Dog-cat-)you get the idea Nekos are rare and mostly treated like pets, and if they're unlucky, they end up on the black market. They are generally sold because their blood is highly precious and their hair is stone colored like emeralds or any sort of stone; their hair strands are composed of, making them even more valuable - The peculiarities of Nekos are basically whatever animal they are-
